Responsibilities
Our purpose is to establish an environment where mutual understanding exists between our coaches, youth
and parents regarding the Champlin Park Traveling Basketball Association program. In order for it to
prosper, players, coaches and parents need to understand the role they play and the responsibilities that
are expected of them. Our program is designed to help participating youths enhance and develop their
skills, self discipline, confidence and those personal attributes which contribute to success in all aspects of
life. Being positive in attitude and behavior is necessary for this to occur.
